Text to Speech is a free tool in the Text & Language category on BrowseryTools, and it runs its model on your own device — what you feed it is processed locally and is never uploaded to a server. It isn't fully self-contained, though: the model files it needs are downloaded from a third-party CDN the first time you use it, then cached by your browser. So the first run needs an internet connection and takes noticeably longer than later ones, and the tool only works offline once those files are cached. There's no registration, no ads and no watermarks.
